Free resources (for example, the AI Jumpstart Toolkit): To access some free resources we ask for your first name, business name, and email address. We use that information to give you access, to send occasional emails related to the resource you requested (such as updates or additions to it), and to contact you if you ask us to. Requesting a free resource does not sign you up for our newsletter.

AI Solutions newsletter: Our weekly newsletter is sent only to people who ask for it by checking the newsletter box on one of our forms or subscribing directly. The box is never pre-checked.

How we store it: Contact information from our forms is stored in our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel), along with the date, the form you used, and what you agreed to. We keep that record so we can honor your choices.

Opting out: Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. You can also email us at any time to be removed. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect your access to any free resource you have already received.

What we do not do: We do not sell or rent your email address, we do not add you to lists you did not ask for, and we do not import attendee or member lists from events or organizations without each person's own consent.

Our custom AI assistants (GPTs) are hosted on ChatGPT, operated by OpenAI. When you use one of our GPTs, the prompts and information you enter are sent to and processed by OpenAI under their privacy policy and terms of use. Twister Hub does not store the content of your AI conversations on our servers.

Do not enter highly sensitive information into AI prompts — such as financial account numbers, social security numbers, full credit card details, medical records, or government IDs.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS communications from Twister Hub AI. These messages may include:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Follow-up communications related to your inquiry
• Service updates and information
• Marketing messages (if you opt in)

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating our websites and providing our services. These currently include GoHighLevel (our CRM, forms, scheduling and messaging), Beehiiv (newsletter delivery), Google Analytics (site traffic) and Netlify (website hosting). Each receives only what it needs to perform that function.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or any information collected through SMS/text messaging with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Your mobile information will only be used for the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy, including:

Exclusion Clause: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Contractual Obligations: While we use a messaging platform to deliver SMS, that provider is prohibited from using your information for their own purposes.
