Twister Hub AI is an AI-powered marketing and consulting agency providing strategy, implementation, and creative services for small businesses, including but not limited to:

• AI Strategy and Consulting
• AI Integration and Automation
• Custom AI Solutions and Assistants
• AI Training and Education
• Speaking Engagements and Workshops

The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

Important: The field of artificial intelligence is rapidly evolving. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI tools, platforms, and capabilities change frequently and often without notice
• Solutions that work today may require updates, modifications, or replacement as technology evolves
• Third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, etc.) may change their APIs, pricing, features, or terms at any time
• We cannot guarantee long-term functionality of any AI-dependent solution
• Ongoing maintenance or updates may be necessary to keep solutions operational

We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of significant changes that affect your solutions, but we are not responsible for changes made by third-party AI providers.

When we build automations, workflows, or integrations for your business, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Third-Party Dependencies: Automations often rely on third-party platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) and APIs. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures of these external services.
• Credentials and Access: You are responsible for maintaining valid API keys, login credentials, and access permissions required for automations to function.
• Platform Changes: Third-party platforms may update their interfaces, APIs, or pricing, which may require modifications to your automations.
• Testing and Validation: While we thoroughly test all automations before delivery, you are responsible for validating outputs and monitoring performance in your production environment.
• Data Accuracy: Automations process data as provided. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate input data.

For custom AI assistants, chatbots, and AI-generated content solutions, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Limitations: AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses (sometimes called "hallucinations"). All AI-generated content should be reviewed before use.
• Human Review Required: You are responsible for fact-checking, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing or sharing with customers.
• No Professional Advice: AI assistants do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Outputs should not be relied upon as professional guidance.
• Training Data: AI responses are based on training data and prompts. We cannot guarantee the AI will respond appropriately to every possible input.
• Continuous Improvement: AI systems may require ongoing prompt refinement and training to improve performance over time.

Our training programs, workshops, courses, and educational materials are provided with the following understanding:

• Informational Purposes: All training content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
• No Guaranteed Results: We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, time savings, or other results from applying what you learn.
• Implementation Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you implement strategies, tools, and techniques discussed in our training.
• Rapidly Changing Field: AI best practices evolve quickly. Information that is current at the time of training may become outdated.
• Individual Results Vary: Results depend on many factors including your industry, resources, implementation, and market conditions.

During the course of our engagement, both parties may have access to confidential information:

• Your Information: We will treat your business information, strategies, data, and processes as confidential and will not share them with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide our services.
• Our Methods: Our proprietary methods, strategies, templates, and approaches shared during our engagement are confidential and should not be shared with competitors or used to train others without our written consent.
• Exceptions: Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our engagement.

All content on the Twister Hub AI website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Twister Hub AI or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

Any custom solutions, strategies, or materials developed specifically for your business as part of our services will be subject to the terms outlined in your individual service agreement.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Twister Hub AI, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive SMS/text messages at the phone number provided
• Messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, and marketing communications
• Message frequency varies based on your interactions
• Message and data rates may apply
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP
• Reply HELP for assistance

We will not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Twister Hub AI, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Service Availability: Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier. Carriers are not responsible for service interruptions or delays.
• Technical Issues: Neither Twister Hub AI nor wireless carriers are responsible for technical malfunctions, network congestion, or other issues that may affect message delivery.
• Content Responsibility: Twister Hub AI, not the wireless carriers, is solely responsible for the content of messages sent through our SMS program.

By participating in our SMS program, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless all wireless carriers from any claims or liability arising from your participation in our messaging program.
